First Class service ! I booked an appointment about 24 hours in advance and then I contacted them back a few hours to cancel as I determined the culprit was a squirrel and not rats or mice. Marie at Customer Service was very pleasant and understanding. Even though I offered to pay a Cancellation Fee she said that was not necessary and even offered to give me References to other companies that deal with squirrels (as they don't). Aetna could have easily charged me a Fee but appreciated my situation and didn't take advantage. That says a lot about this Company and how they treat Customers.

My elderly mother had cockroaches and was very upset and emotional. The people at AETNA were excellent. They solved the problem very quickly. Explained everything to both me and my mother. I live far away, and I felt totally comfortable working with the technicians. They were extremely professional and my mother was super happy with the service. They treated her with kid gloves. I phoned because we had some suspicious sawdust appear on our baseboards. Kyle came out the next day to identify the problem, it turned out we had wood boring beetles inside a picture frame that had woken up in the heat and dug their way out. He diagnosed the problem and reassured me that everything would be fine if I simply replaced the frame. Best of all there was no charge! I would recommend Aetna, and will use them again. Support local business!

Had an issue with termites. They came, inspected, quoted, and installed the Sentricon. Michael was very patient with my parents in explaining things to them while/after he installed it. The whole process is extremely smooth. My questions were answered whenever I called them, very happy with how they dealt with it.
